These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of services provided by TachiTech ("we", "us"), including voice calls, SMS text messaging, and any other communications operated through https://tachitech.com. By using our service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

We operate AI-assisted phone and SMS services that allow you to interact with our business by voice or by text message. Use of our service is subject to the limitations described in this Agreement.

3. SMS Messaging Program

TachiTech operates an SMS text messaging program to send customer-care and conversational messages related to the services you have requested — for example appointment details, follow-ups on your inquiries, and replies to questions you ask us. Messaging frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. No subscription fees are charged for our SMS messaging program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. SMS Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS text messages from TachiTech in any of the following ways:

  • By providing your mobile phone number to us during a phone call — including calls answered by our AI phone assistant — and agreeing to receive text messages;
  • By submitting your phone number through a form on our website at https://tachitech.com;
  • By sending a text message to our business number first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact our customer care team at james.takyi@tachitech.com or by phone at (413) 505-0280. Your opt-in consent and phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to harass any person, to send spam, or to interfere with the proper operation of the service.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your use of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion.

7. Disclaimers and Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACHITECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
